Can I continue to use Typstify after trial period?

Yes for personal use. It is currently free for personal use—no license is required at this time. However, this policy may change in the future as we continue to improve and expand the app. For non-personal or commercial use, a valid commercial license is required. Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?

This is a single-time purchase, not a subscription. You are free to upgrade to subsequent versions.

What is your refund policy?

We provide full refunds within 14 days of purchase for commercial licenses. Learn More.

How do I get refund?

Visit Typstify@FastSpring, find the order and follow the instruction to request for a refund.

How many computers are included in the license?

One license covers one user and up to 3 computers.

Can I purchase multiple licenses?

Yes. Once the payments pop-up shows up, click on the cart icon in the upper-left corner. You'll be able to enter the number of licenses before payment.

What if I ever lose my license number?

Visit this page and enter the email you used for the purchase to retrieve your license number.

What if I paid but didn't receive the license code?

Occasionally the payment processing by FastSpring takes extra time to clear the transaction. If you don't receive you license email and worry about your transaction status, please reach out at zjzhang@typstify.com.
